Measures have been taken to make sure SMBE2023 is an accessible meeting:

1. The map of the venues where the conference takes place will include the routes that are accessible to facilitate the navigation of people with mobility needs as well as the location of the accessible toilets.

2. There will be onsite signs within all venues to indicate where elevators and accessible toilets are located as well as signs indicating accessible routes between venues.

3. The welcome reception as well as all the coffee breaks and lunch breaks have been organized so that food and drinks will be accessible to persons with mobility needs.
